MAM 2 speaker and 1 Researcher sab saath me milkar kaam karte hai kya ? matlab agar 1 speaker (plaintiff) and 2nd speaker (Defendant) dono pahle se hi researcher ke saath milkar questioning and Us ke answers Discuss krte hai kya ? You can increase your command on English overtime. Just practice, practice, practice. And as far as Mooting preparation in English is concerned, you can start with basic English. You don't need to put heavy words. Even judges don't encourage usage of complex English in case files. Frame the sentences in your mother tongue in your mind and then convert it to English on paper. That's how you begin. Then with time, the flow will automatically show in your language. Keep reading, writing and speaking in English, as much as you can, to inculcate the basics. If in moot problem it is said that " court has taken suo moto cognizance " then the maintainability issue can be made or not? and if in the same moot problem how we can know the name of parties means what can be name of parties?

When Court takes suo moto cognizance of any matter, there's no question of maintainability. It is by default maintainable as the court itself has come forward for the case hearing. And the parties remain the same, as if the state has filed the case. The only difference is that here the court initiates the case proceeding instead of State itself. All other procedures remain same. So the case title might look like this : State/ Union vs Accused

Not compulsory. But ideally one must participate. However, BCI rules too suggest Moot participation.

Some moot competitions have researcher test, not all. It can be MCQ based or descriptive or a mix of both. Along with that, you have oral rounds with memorial making obviously

For NLUs, you can prepare for CLAT. NLU Delhi conducts AILET. Other law schools too have their own entrance exams, but accept CLAT, AILET, LSAT.. scores too. First, you have to examine the syllabus of these exams. If it seems that you can prepare by yourself, then well and good. Otherwise, you can join any good coaching to prepare for these exams. Nowadays, every kind of preparation study material is available online, including live lectures, mocks, pdfs, etc. The only key is time management and sticking to the syllabus. Plus, be well versed with Current affairs. And you're good to go. A clean and good strategy will take you long way. All the best 👍
