Then arrange someone to resolve the concerns of distress customers. They are troubled as their schedule is disturbed. Customers don't have any value in such places.

In India Running a Airlines is not easy it's very Difficult.... No company will delay the flight Purposefully it's all about the network... Every flight has his own route according to flight capacity... So there is no use of shouting at airport staff for delay of the flight ... They will try to send you as soon as possible... You may think they can arrange other flight to you... No it's not that easy for every flight they need to ask permission from DGCA ...due security reasons or any.... If it's weather delay then you can't blame them...... Thr is some rules to fly in bad weather☔...... So please be kool and wait for your flight.. They will arrange water & food to you and they have to if not then you can argue with them only for Food and water or to a place were you relax....

Most delays fight happens at mumbai domestic airport

Yes but this was in Hyderabad 😅. Flight was at 9pm but didn't takeoff till 2am.. 🤦🏻‍♂️ flight was towards Bangalore from Hyderabad

If passengers come late, the gates will close and they have to pay for next flight evenif there is ample amount of time for takeoff. If flight comes late, they have to wait till it comes plus extra cost of airport food also. This is not too fair.

How do you know there's ample time before departure? The plane is there even after the door closes doesn't mean there's ample time? Sometimes they're waiting for ground crew or ground control clearance maintenance. Just arrive early .

Customers concerns have to be resolved with atmost care bcz they have booked flight for reaching places on time. And if theirs arrivals is delayed it might cause them loses. It might seem funny to guys who dont value time. But life is not same for all.

If they have so much issue with indigo then don’t book the flight use vistara or any other flight but still they will book indigo just to save 2000 rupees and complain agar ye flight time hoti to khaane ka feed back kharab karte hai

Absolutely amazing that such people (these passengers) even exist. Zero class, zero culture. Really speaking, its extremely sad seeing this - its do with the upbringing. Trying to physically intimidate staff by touching and yelling, these guys belong to the gutters.

people wait for trains if it delays for hrs and if a flight delay for 10 to 30 mins people start fight starts asking for food and accomadation . try understand the sitation before fight , safty is first before in airline sector

Yar ye India me hi fights kyu hoti he, railways se kyu koi panga nhi leta just because it's government body..1 2 ghanta flight late bhi ho jaati he to koi issue nhi he yar untill and unless koi emergency ho, airport is a good place to roam around.. window shopping and all... Flight Wale private body he polite he to koi bhi Chad jata he unpe.. there should be a rule for every flight that if there more than 3 hours late then atleast snacks and tea or coffe should be there from airflight company
