When a 2 hr flight becomes 10 hrs , u get to know the heat , I have once been 18 hrs late because of weather ( weather problem is ok because they can’t control weather) but this a thing that jet airways must take care of

Being an employee of aviation group I can understand that passenger purchase the tickets by paying his hardened money but trust me how tough to handle these kind of situations

I was a pilot at Jet Airways. First of all we were not paid for atleast 3 months. Jet had to ground their planes and finally they ceased operations. Man seriously this feeling when u don't get the salary and still try to work is so painfull. Salute to the boarding officer. Rip 9W. I will miss you forever

There was only one passenger who understood that the entire issue of delay and resolving of the same is not in the hands of ground staff and further decently tried to Mr. Mahendra out. Other then that, many passengers were outright bullying him for no reason. Lastly, salute to the staff Mr. Mahendra for maintaining the matter so well.

Jet Airways was my 1st ever international flight from Delhi to NY and I had a great experience. I remember I was in the check-in counter when a crew member came shouting if anyone is flying Jet Airways and I said yes from back of the line so he grabbed my hand and took me to front said we dont have time, took care of the boarding n everything fast :D
