Oh my word that's GLOWY. I was a bit like errrm...until you powdered it then it looked LOVELY. Shows that one has to consider the whole look! I also appreciated you showing the bronzer - I'm interested in getting that one.

@@debbieotoole1072 I’m ordering a deep shade to try it as a bronzer but am worried it’ll be too much glow used together, maybe on top of a matte foundation it could bring balance ❤️

I love CT products but I’ll skip this one. Too much prep, too much shine and then to add powder to calm the look. That seems to defeat the purpose. I don’t know who this product is for, to be honest. Such excessive glow doesn’t look natural. This is just a bit too fussy for me.

Great video as always Hannah thank you. I do like a glowy/dewy base but boy is that one glowy! Looks so much better with powder on top I think. I really love that cheek and lip shade and it looks beautiful on you. I think that will be going on my wish list along with the bronzer and bronzer brush. Looking forward to part two tomorrow ❤❤

I did not think this looked good at first BUT wow by the end you look younger brighter and just beautiful. I’m 66 yrs old with good skin so I may try this. Thank you. Look forward to tomorrow s changes

CT offered the complimentary magic cream (deluxe sample) the day after I bought online.. I emailed customer service and they are going to send me one! I ❤️ CT team so much! And Sephora is running an offer, a mini airbrush lightening powder with 42.00 purchase so I have that coming too- I did pop on Sephora and bought a contour shade- I know I’m going to love it!

I think the serum and glowy primers didn't do the foundation stick any favours, especially as you said you have an oily tzone - you've started with VERY glowy base :)

Mine arrived today in Shade 3 - from a very quick try on it looks like the flawless filter in stock form to me. I think it might be dupable (Maybelline 4 in 1?) I’m going to try tomorrow with less hydration underneath and lock it in with spray and powder

So I've nearly finished my flawless filter and i think i might try this but use it as i use the flawless filter. As a stand a lone foundation it wouldn't work for me

What’s the point of using a matt primer and a powder on, just to reduce the glow? It’s definitely too glow! It looks more like a highlighter to me ☹️. I love CT, but I’m afraid it’s an easy pass for me this time

I agree it does defeat the purpose of the foundation in many ways but I do like the glow from beneath which comes through. You’ll see this in my part 2 video where I added my late night check in ❤

I think the whole look is too shiny and for some reason it also emphsizes pores and gives the illusion of imperfection. It's so emollient and glowy on its own that I'd use my regular skin care underneath, and use Danessa Myricks blurring balm on top instead of powder. That said, I have an oily T Zone like you, and I'll be skipping this product. To get a sheer summer look, I'm using Perricone MD Cold Plasma for Face with SPF in it. Then layering Perricone Tinted Moisturizer. The moisturizer has no specific color because it simply oxidizes on your face and warms and blurs the complexion. Then I skip foundation. It gives me a subtle glow without too much shine. If I want more shine, I mix the Chantecaille Bronze and Rose Face Tints instead of foundation. Same DM on top instead of powder. Did you get both of the Pillowtalk colors in the Island Glow? I'd love to see those. The others are too bright for me. But you look gorgeous in that lip and blush shade. And you got a good look overall after the powder. Thanks for the video. This look took a lot of work. And in the end, you are beautiful as always. And you look cute with curly hair. @@hanbeauty101 That's what I like year round, really. I'm not afraid of color. But I work hard on my skin, so I'm more inclined to spot conceal vs. wearing even medium coverage makeup. The heaviest I have is Chantecaille Future Skin. I hope you got at least one of the Pillowtalk shades in that blush/liptint. Those interest me the most. And the finish of that product was beautiful on you.💚

@@DeborahCarlston light coverage is so much better if you can make it work. I got the new shades which are called Blush peach glow Sunset peach glow Paradise pink glow Pinched cheek glow Sun blush glow. I think I have one of the older pillow talk ones which I’ll show tomorrow ❤️
