I am the daughter of an alcoholic addict father. I went through the same situation that she said ( even more than that)..still suffering 😢 The saddest thing about growing up in an alcoholic family, is the childhood trauma that haunts you in every part of your adult life. The worst part of this life is that no one helps you (no relatives and friends)and you become lonely. That traumas and wounds will never heal. Still struggling to come out of that crisis ☹️ yes she is right if we offer 100 chances to them, that makes us emotionally and mentally (personality disorders)weak...they never gonna change👎 I wish no one go through this and sending healing to those who suffer alone through this circumstances🤍

I really got emotional seeing this interview.❤ i really love this interviewer.not asking any shitty unwanted questions and making them confortable❤❤❤

I can understand what she has gone through.. Even my situation was almost similar..I had very traumatic childhood..my grandmother was very abusive physically and verbally.. we haven't slept peacefully and happily a single day.. I have amazing parents.. i wasn't able to study at home because of all these abuses..one day my mom cried and told me that atleast for 1 day she wants to live happily and peacefully..since we were very poor family I realised it is only through education that I can overcome this.. Because nobody was there to help us..And now I am a Doctor.. doing post graduation..have an amazing family..a nice adipoli husband..and 2 year old son..And about my parents..Yes..me and my brother was able to give a peaceful happy life..They went to Canada with my brother..And now we have a happy family...❤ When I look back because of all those struggles I am what I am today now..and I am grateful ❤

Police do nothing on this domestic violence matters.. they consider it as a normal issue happening in a house hold… result murder/suicide every single day in Kerala ..

What the heck. Why is he still walking free? The social stigma that divorced women still faces in our society is saddening, and the reason why women do not come out of an abusive marriage. And this story is criminal. He should be charged and thrown in prison. If only we stop glorifying women who tolerate abuse and stay in a marriage just because it is a "holy" thing to do and start looking up and supporting women who gets out of it.

Hi Dhanya, Happy that Ganga has overcome all this n doing great, I can completely understand since I have a daughter of her age n we have gone through all this ,even though we all are educated n hailing from upper middle class, recently only we got the courage to share it with few people, long back ,During covid days my daughter has approached u for ur interview in her real talks , She is Dr.Sophy ,Don't know whether u remember, so much to talk ,only difference is no one came to know it for years since we hail from an upper middle class,so sad is our scenario, ashamed to say that we belong to a state with 100 percent literacy
