Mam in first video you said that if 2 out of three changes are there then it's primary open angle glaucoma but if only one is present it's secondary glaucoma but here in ocular hypertension which is a type of primary open angle glaucoma you are saying there is only raise in iop and the change is one how we can differenciate it from sec glaucoma now it's a bit confusing
