The business of Identification Data and Population Verification and Count can never be simplified nor assumed to be implemented cheaply. This is a fact all politicians must accept now as an opportunity cost so we start investing on Intergrated Data and Statistics systems and infrastructure for our future use. It is expensive but it must be done and done well so our children do not have to continue to guess and assume for development planning
