Yesterday in Parliament, when the acting Speaker gave the opportunity to the member for Moresby South MP Justin Tkatchenko to make his apology statement, member for Vanimo Green and PNG Party Leader Belden Namah made a Point of Order.
However, the Acting Speaker Koni Iguan ruled out Namah’s Point of Order saying Tkatchenko is still the duly appointed Member for Moresby South.
