To get the last screw you push the front seat as far forward as you can. Then jack the seat up with the side handle as high as it goes. If you do that it will give you enough room to easily get the screw out 👍🏼

Here in 2023, the factory duct tape is on my mk5 jetta as well.

The 'duct tape' is a heat resistant wrap for the hot air from the vents, think to prevent weakening of the clips

I have a question for you mate, what did you do with that one screw
