Hey, I feel cheated. Mine doesn't have the magnet.

It looks really nice. But why would you use a single sided safety razor instead of a double sided one? With a double sided you can shave more area before rinsing it.

they need a few more improvements on the razor. the magnet is the first step. another would be to move the twist to the bottom of the handle so that the head does not roll away while installing the blade. then they can place a gripper handle with better knurling so it's not so slippery, lastly, a notch on both sides where the blade is bent.

For my snapped blades I normally use scissors and cut the bent edges away. Makes it easier to install blades. Otherwise, instead of bending the blades to snap them, you can cut them in half with scissors.

Son of a b.... I have not even owned my Soloedge a month and now they add a magnet.

Added the magnet, but still didn't offer a finish other than the satin finish. Would have been nice to have a chrome-plated or nickel-plated finish that has more slickness, but oh well. I got two SoloEdges (a company sent me two) and now they're obsolete without this magnet. But I've moved on and got a Shield Razor from AliExpress and that thing is like 1,000 times better.

What do you mean shield razor? Is it possible to post which one?

It's way too wide for a single edge.... I head shave and have a beard... also manscape... Without a doubt the best single edge razor you can use cheap double edge blades you can snap in half is the Leaf twig or for more experienced shavers the thorn.. which I use... great detail or tight spot razor as well as a full on face or head razor.
