So I might be partial, I like living in Hamburg. The afternoon tea at the Hyatt is really nice, esp. after spending some hours shopping. For lunch, I recommend the Jahreszeiten Grill at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten, they prepare a delicious Steak Tartar directly at your table. The other dishes are great too. The interior is pure Art Déco, that alone is worth the visit.

I know that many people here dislike the Park Hyatt Hamburg, but for me it is the best Hotel in the world. Maybe I am a bit biased because of the things I have experienced there, but I also really like the ambient of the whole hotel. I really like the Timeless design. It has it's own fair to it. I think to really experience the Hyatt, you really have to enjoy everything about it. The beautiful service, the most beautiful city in the world and the experience you make there.

The worst part is always when your videos finish. I enjoy them throughly. ❤️

Ok, the bathroom is nice. It’s nice to have a good sized tub. There seemed to be 2-3 fish options for breakfast, so I like it. Oh, the fitness area with the huge pool!

Yeah the hotel was pretty average

The Park Hyatt Hamburg is quite nice, IMO. Your room was cozy and the bathroom was well appointed. Hamburg looks like a fun city. I wish I knew more than ten words of German :-( Time for a youtube tutorial--Guten Tag! Ich sprechen kein Deutsch.

Some brands you immediately know and recognise. Hyatt would be near the top of the list.

Wunderschön gefilmt... Ich mag das Park Hyatt wirklich sehr, auch wenn die Zimmer nicht so einen großen Wow-Faktor besitzen, es ist aber doch immer ein wohliges Gefühl in diesen gemütlichen, charmanten Zimmern zu nächtigen. Ansonsten JA, das "holzlastige Design" auf allen Ebenen ist wirklich toll, die Lounge wirklich mit warmer Atmosphäre, der Frühstückssaal leider nicht sooo irre gemütlich, jedoch schön zu sehen, dass es immer noch das Bananenbrot gibt (einfach göttlich lecker), und auch ich greife gerne auf's Egg Benedict zurück :-D Pool und SPA sind auch groß und luxury, wenn auch der Lärmpegel am Innen-Pool auffällig ist, da es bautechnisch leider ein in sich geschlossener Raum (Halle) ist. Das Park Hyatt bietet neben diversen Zimmern noch tolle Maisionette-Apartments an, die sich preislich durchaus lohnen können, wenn man mit mehreren Gästen/Freunden anreist (anstatt dann DZ zu buchen). Tolles Review wieder, und du hast absolut Recht: Hamburg ist auch für mich die schönste Stadt Deutschlands :-*

I stayed here in 2017, and my experience was one of the worst I've ever had at a hotel of any level. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I've never had hotel staff continue on a conversation and ignore me until I interrupted. The initial impressions of the design are that it's nice, but the details show that nobody actually thought through things. They manage to screw up basic things like signage on the rooms, which at night is impossible to read with their indirect lighting. I can be sure that I'll never stay here again.

It looks like an average hotel that's a step up from the best motels. One step up. Given all the beautiful hotels that are popping up all over the place, this one looks average at best. If someone loves it, then all the power to them, but I was completely underwhelmed.

Hi Hi...remember me, hope you have a wonderful weekend...i always find that Hyatt Hotels tend to turn out really lovely,spacias, trendy and modern decor in their hotels. Never been to Germany or Europe or a plane..but i like cities with lots going on around them. The Apple bar is my favourite in this video,very impressive bar as well. the rooms looks very well appointed just like our Hyatt here in Trinidad & Tobago..i do hope you come here very soon and check out our Hyatt.

The room may not be glamorous but really, how much time do people spend in the room other than to sleep or shower? I guess for a pricey room though you would expect a little more spark. Germany doesn't strike me as a frou frou kind of place. Classic clean lines come with the territory. Nice looking hotel just the same.

the hotel lobby looks like a interior of the cruise ship. Maybe that was intentional?

The rooms need urgent TLC, the whole place feels worn. Next time try out Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten or Hotel Louis C Jacob

The flooring at 4:00 isn’t parquet it’s planks. Nothing wrong with that, mind you, and given the age it may well be irreplaceable.

So, what do they call the people of Hamburg? Do they call themselves "Hamburgers"?

Yes. Like a "Berliner" for a kind of sweet muffin stuffed with jam. Or like a "Frankfurter" for a specific long, slim sausage. Or a "New Yorker" for... ...you know that one.

the room reminds me of the Sofitel in Berlin, not outstanding by any means
