I think she has gotten more beautiful over the years, she was stunning in Encounter. Not going to lie, jealous of that wardrobe, I'm not really a person that pays much attention to fashion but her character had some beautiful ensembles in this drama

Yes, her performancein Full House was superb, worthy of the awards she received. She just looks stunning in this drama, The Encounter, just the same in Full House. She really takes care ofhersekf very well. Now, this year 2022, SHK looks more beautiful with youthful look, flawless skin, slim figure with no extra fat, small waist. But, now she exudes strength in character, magnetic and mysterious aura. SHK 💯👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤❤❤👍❤👍❤❤❤❤❤👍

We are now in March 2021 and I’m still watching this amazing drama for the nth time! Gives me happy feelings every time I watch it!

Yes, me too with my nth time watching.I just love how these two good friends in real life could put front their high standard of work ethics and professionalism in order to play the character they portray in a convincing and realistic manner. I could sense the great trust and respect between SHK & PBG as professional artists. Their true friendship helped them a lot in order to come up to a realistic and superb acting. The story is beautiful and the drama is highly commendable to watch if you are looking for a high quality drama. Good luck SHK & PBG. Encounter is arguably the best matured Kdramas as if one is watching an old Hollywood movie am rewatching it I can’t get enough of it better than RaoY

Beautiful drama with beautiful scenes, music and people and very heartwarming words. It was almost like a picture book with beautiful poems. Song Hye Kyo is a super professional & forever beautiful actress and Park Bo Gum's acting skill is getting better and better! I guess he is sweet and his real character is very close to Jin-Hyuk.

This drama just arrived in Netflix and watching it again and again. What a lovely couple

i think this drama speaks a lot about the negativity of k culture. why is a capable woman not allowed to have a proper relationship with a man or a younger man? love is the greatest thing. same for marriage and family life.

What age gap? They closed it so beautifully with their off-the-chart chemistry!! They look like a beautiful screen couple in love in this romance drama and I must thank the PD for visualizing PBG with SHK to produce such a magical love story!! PBG and SHK are superb with their performance and Boyfriend is the best slow-burn romance story ever!! Their visual is awesome and hope to see them costar again...not quite possible by Korean entertainment industry but I hope some PD will work with both of them again!

Great show! My wife and I really enjoyed Encounter-Great feeling . Pity there aren't more of these shows- 16 episodes-pity there weren't many more. Great lead actors -Pleasure to watch.. Korean dramas are really good.

I watched this because of PBG, after seeing him in Reply 1988 and Love in the Moonlight, but boy, I fell in love with this series. I guess it's because of the OST, the cinematography, poetry, even the subtle metaphors onscreen, and of course the well-portrayed characters. It was a little bit of everything that made it so perfect for me. I will be watching this again woth my boyfriend. 💕😊

I watched this because of SHK. Then later I watched Reply 1988 and PBG broke and stole my heart in that show. I’m a late blooming PBG fan girl haha!

@@edithamiguel8876 haha me too! I watched Record of Youth, got hooked to his looks and acting skills. Then moved on to Hello Monster and then Reply 1988. And I realised this guy can really act! Not just a cute face. So I’m really impressed by his talent. Then I watched his interview and various videos on KZread and I thought this guy really is authentic and cute and he can play the piano so well. And the rest is well you know 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I really hope I can meet him up close in person one day soon!

Love how opposite their personalities are, then again Song Hye is a sagittarius and Bo Gum is a Gemini and they are both sextile signs which make them more attracted to one another. Thats why their chemistry was so good in the drama.

The only high school drama I like is Reply 1988 but it's not mainly focused in the high school and it's a super realistic drama without all the drama if you know what I mean haha

@@user-jc1xl5lj1t I'd say Cheer up or Sassy Go Go is pretty realistic in depicting the Asian parents' obsession with Ivy league schools and the pressure that entails along with its consequences. I love it bc it reminds you of the true definition of a student in this highly competitive world.

As far as I know, she rarely accepts projects these days and her leading men were always older than her (idk if that is just coincidence) if she would be paired up with Bo Gum someday, that would be something new but I can already feel their chemistry 🥰

Aww I wish VIKI would include other bogum's drama as well. He did not acted in 3 dramas only though. Anyway am loving this drama. It's true he smiles a lot in the early episodes but as the story progresses, when the conflict kicks in, bogum portray the role perfectly. It's gender reversal story but I love how the drama show the slow burning romance drama. How they address the age gap issue and now i get it why they purposely chose this couple. #Boyfriend #Encounter hwaiting!!
