Beautiful Kingston City

In the beginning, there was a view of Half Way Tree to the right of the screen there seemed to be a large Green Area with a few old homes on it. My family lived at Friendship Pen later called Friendship or Frenchies Gardens. Could that have been it? thank you for the video!

My Grandfather was born on Friendship Pen, Crossroads My DunbarCousins and some of my Grandmothers family lived at Slipe Rd. Can anyone circle on a map for me where Friendship Pen was?

St andrrew goes further east past rockfort..

Half way tree is not and never was the capital for St.Andrew. Kingston and St. Andrew became one in the 1920s , and kingston city became the capital for both parishes. K.S.A.C. has a Mayor, Half way tree, never has on mayor.

Why would the government , his etc has it wrong. Don't be stupid. Even if HWT was a capital. Don't you think it would be too near to Kingston, not even a mile. I ask again. What define a parish capital? Where is the mayor of HWT.

@@devongaynor5019 Then why does everyone who live in St.Andrew say Half Way Tree is the capital school curriculum says so, all the maps says so.
