Seeing all the couples just smiling talking about their youth and the lovers dancing in the center was just so beautiful

I close my eyes and listen to this song over and over and find myself crying because it's so beautiful far better than the original release I think!

My social circle held house parties, with the party at a different house every month. This brought back memories of slow dancing with various partners over the years, lights turned down and the scent and warmth of a teenage girl in my arms. We imagined what could be, but never was, and now it is wonder of what could have been, these 65 years later - that 15 - 16 year old boy in me remembers those days and nights!

Just learned this.. How saddening.. Two are no longer with us.. Lead Singer, Priscilla Paris died on March 5, 2004, from injuries suffered in a fall at her home in Pays de la Loire, France. She was 59. Albeth Paris died in Palm Springs, California, on December 5, 2014. She was 79. And I did not know this!! Sherrell Paris later served as a production assistant on The Price Is Right and as host Bob Barker's personal assistant until she was released in 2000. Wikipedia ;)

Her voice is golden.

she has passed away but still remarkable how after all the decades Priscilla still sounds fantastic, first heard this as a teen when it was new on the radio, her voice still makes the knees go weak

Yes I agree She had a wonderful voice. What a beautiful song when I was younger that thing that I like about this song was it seems like they were whispering those words into your ear. And that for me that’s what made the song great.👍

It appears to me that it's fairy magic that I have turned this lovely song for the first time in my life last year and kept this melody and lyrics for someone I have known right at that moment despite this song's written long time ago.

Great song, fabulous memories and best of all I'm still around after 79 years to enjoy the memories. This song is one of the pillar songs from the early romance 50's era. All I have to do is listen...thoughts from 50+ years ago come back to my mind.

Paris sisters were amazing in that pop symphony era of hits from early 60s drop dead gorgeous as well been listening to a lot of girl groups lately 50s and 60s is my main era anyway

in the blurb on the CD..of Priscilla etc it said that they could not perform as Priscilla was too exhausted,, late flight from paris etc but it seems they did perform..thankfully..
