I remember all of this music well and can sing along, as long as I'm alone. I can't express what a huge Doo Woo fan I am. Gerry Butler is an incredible singer. The Chantels are amazing, as are all of the rest of the groups. No Maybe about it.

I remember watching Doo Wop 50 and 51 when they first came out in 1999 and 2000. Time has even flown since those two programs aired and many of the artists featured on those programs are no longer with us. Thanks TJ for doing this project and preserving the artists of yesteryear.

According to Wikipedia, the 4 members of the Chantels that perform in this video are still alive as of September 2023. If they are still able to sing, it would be really, really neat if they could re-unite for one more concert.

That is true, All 4 original members in this video are still alive. Ami Ortiz(The first Lead singer, non-original) Is still alive but retired. The lead singer is now the daughter of one of the original members.@@filmreader

Love doo woo and i love this group, but, i do not like this version of this song. Im 70 and i grew up with many of the doo wop songs... best music of my life.

Very disappointed mny songs from the very original vol 1 and vol 2 are missing. I have the 2 originals.

I'd like to see this show live. I'm in SD Cal. Maybe they'll come here.
