Sir you spoke about stress . Its beautifully said in Bhagavadgita .कर्मण्येवाधिकारस्ते मा फलेषु कदाचन । मा कर्मफलहेतुः भूः मा ते सङ्गः अस्त्वकर्मणि ॥ Which means , We should just focus on our action and not outcome . Because we can control our action but not the outcome which is based on various other factors . I think when we follow this religiously we can successfully keep stress away from us .
