The same happened to me. My father in the shower thing. From ages 7-9. my mother pretended nothing was happening. I told my mom’s mom and she was RIP ROARING MAD. I thought i was in trouble. Grandma called the police. My father made me believe it was NORMAL. My CPS care worker unfortunately was on HIS side and did everything to keep him out of prison. He was pleaded “guilty of keeping me clean“ This was in 1999. unfortunately that care worker is STILL working😢 Cindy Seever Lowe of Wisconsin Rapids, WI. There’s a special place down below waiting for her…by the way, her husband , A POLICE OFFICER, sh0t himself in the head with a nailg@n because his boss found CP on his laptop. It’s all on Google. My father got away with it all, passed away a free man. I pray this child and children like myself get justice because i didn’t. Parents should be protectors. No one else in my life is as evil as Cindy and my father were to me. I have found peace and i wish that for that poor child❤ a future of peace.

I was 6 years old the first time I was sold to a man in a motel and 7 when I was first used in CSAM. I was severely abused before I could even walk or talk. locked in a basement with no food. punished for stealing a piece of bread and being locked in a tiny trunk when my mother wanted to party. I am now 52 it took me years of very hard work to recover and heal. It is all too long to put here but my point is I now work in the anti-trafficking movement and have for over a decade. when we help others and use what we endured to raise awareness make changes etc then we take back our power! I am a survivor of childhood neglect, emotional and physical abuse and SA- 4-8 years. I won’t go into everything that happened to me. The reason I’m commenting is because the women talking in the show said “ I don’t know how they come back from this”. I had nightmares, flashbacks and didn’t trust my own feelings for years. I was an addict for 8 years of my life but after I finally got help for myself I’m doing well in life. I still struggle with some things but I have a family and I’m relatively successful. Those children have a tough road ahead but they are let necessarily lost. Don’t write them off. I’ll hold them in my heart and pray they surround themselves with people who love and protect them so they ca heal and learn to love and trust themselves.

Last year, around this time, my ex-husband had the cops bust down our door for a search warrant for alleged CP a month after our wedding... He was eventually charged with 35 felony counts that he still fighting to this day. I started dating him at 16 when he was 21.... he manipulated me into lying to my parents and staying by his side always.... Im now free and in the process of healing from the past 6 years.... I couldn't understand being any younger... I pray for these children and for a bright future.

Not true. Yes in the past. There have been some great judges who are pounding down their hammers on the worst offender. People change things. But they have to stop saying this is so rare. Sadly, it isn't. We have so much historical references of this being too common, not less.

I appreciate your coverage and think you are my favorite host Jesse. That said, I can't stick around for this one. I should have stopped the video when you said you were going to apologize in advance, but I didn't let it get too far. This crime is sickening and it breaks my heart to hear the former prosecutor say that she has come across this kind of case before. I will be back for your videos on other types of crime. Take care.
