@@mihailmilev9909 To you both : Yes I have a therapist - 30 mins every 2 weeks and no I can't afford a private one , charging all my monthly income for one visit. After 30 years of an eating disorder, diagnoses that cover half the alphabet ( including 4.5 autoimmune disorders) my insurance doesn't care anymore- not to say the fitst " treatments " were even more traumatising than anything bevore. ( Try to go to the bathroom when at any time 14 men can come in , or 3 roommates, you are not allowed to talk to them - neither are they ....the list goes on) . I just had a trauma response to the content and comments. Sorry. And about caring : I am not used to it. Usually I am a manipulative, crazy bit** and " leave it behind". I am sorry if I disturbed you.
