Suprising that it only had one draw. Good stuff, Rich!

Yup, I expected much worse!! Ha
Great case study, thanks for sharing! 👍 This is to compensate from the missing case studies we haven’t had during the livestreams. 😁
Your video was excellent very informative . I’ve been doing custom installations in vehicles but never ran across anyone who could explain a parasitic draw the way you did. Thank you for the education.
For me, case studies are the effective way to learn. TBT are even better because they are actual currently working techs. You guys are awesome!

Thanks David. Hey we think you're awesome too. We appreciate you taking the time to leave some love for us.
Heck of a video Rich, and TBT!
Awesome video! Glad someone took the time to explain voltage drop! A common source of confusion in our industry :)
You can buy a small cheap amp clamp and meter on Amazon for about 20.00 dollars, for anyone that wants to test with out a scope or grafing meter , works very good, great video
Noticed the Vantage showing 19mA with the circuit off, so draw is even closer to chart value

Good eye! I didn’t wanna bring that up and confuse someone new to this even more.
Definitely, the best video/ explanation of pasasitic drain I have ever seen. thanks for sharing your knowledge. 🙏🙏 And of course 👏👏👏👏

Thank you Lambros!!
Rich, you explain things very well, thank-you so much!!!
Nice explanation on voltage drop on fuses, Thanks.
Good class I like Briggs & Stratton DC shunt is a nice tool work well with the pico
Good Afternoon Trained by Techs take care and have a great day 👍 Great tutorial 👌 👍 👏 From Nick Ayivor from London England UK 🇬🇧
Thanks for doing these. This is good stuff.
Well thought out and good job.
Good case study. Thanks.
Thanks for sharing... Cheers.
Perfect demo thanks
Thanks Rich, Very informative.
Excellent instructions hard to come by thank you
Trained by Techs.. Awesome video. Thanks for sharing it.
Thank you for putting together this excellent case study, Rich! I've missed the TBT videos as these are such great tools to learn from (or as a refresher course).

Thanks for the positive feedback, Dave. 🙂
EXCELLENT 🎯
Very Good instruction I like problem solving cars .but jags with positive earth use lots of relays that go bad as car ages.
Thanks for the class. I have been using the voltage drop yes for a while now. I'm not sure that I would have cought the ignition switch.
Now this truly was a great way of teaching voltage drop …! Totally excellent

Cool video.
Yea you see that way to often people unplug a module draw goes away. Then they replace the module. They don’t think of inputs or outputs
Great follow thu to the end to diag this!
Has anyone found a way to easily test j case fuses..... seeing more and more of them

Pete, I hate those guys but it’s been my experience that a lot of those j case fuses are rated pretty high and usually protecting several smaller circuits further down the harness that probably have smaller standard style fuses on them so I always start with all the little, easy to access fuses and save those pita ones for last. But I’ve had to pry to covers off a few to test them.
Very KNOWLEDGEABLE Thanks again Please do more voltage drop Please 🙏 Trained by Techs From Nick Ayivor from London England UK 🇬🇧
Sparked my attention with jlr lol
The XK8 was the first Jag built under Ford ownership
Great content. May I ask what amp clamp you use? I have several, but sometimes the clamp jaws won't fit over the Bat lead(s). Thanks.
on a jag? you got a horse shoe in your butt??? good case study. how many stop and throw in a module to still have the same problem???
