Looking back how much has changed in a bad way in these last 9 years in the world, the feeling that this masterpiece gives me every time has remained as one of the best things I have. And again looking back at my 21 years old self, good job boy, you had a great music taste.

May her soul rest in peace. Losing a loved one is always hard but it's the memories with them that will get us through. I lost my grandpa just a week back and being with family and music has been my therapy. But learnt a big lesson to hold onto our love ones as close as we can and laugh smile and love a lot while they are still here. We are all leaving one day eventually. I feel your pain. Sending prayers and hugs your way. ❤️

This really hits different when you're going through something. I'm bawling while watching this and feeling the connection with Hayley and this song. To all the people who's going through something, we'll get through it. Don't lose hope.

My mom recently suffered a massive stroke, and this song hits even harder now, I loved it before, but now….. I bawl so hard when I listen to it 😢

This song is so weird to me, at the same time she recorded this I went to live my dream to meet the UK, not knowing that it would be the most tragic part of my life, as soon as I got there my parents didn't want me back they canceled my tickets to fly back to Brazil, probably thinking that I would get rich or something, my money was over, I could not work since they don't accept anyone outside UK to work, I was in complete despair, I dyed my hair blue, I found some free music lessons to calm my self down, I washed so many dishes and worked so hard just to get humiliated and robbed, I left London and went to Brighton, had the most fun ever, got to a point where I did not minded sleeping at the streets, starvation became normal, praying the whole day not to drown myself into the ocean, I made the most unusual friends, God was everywhere, I knew who I was, I managed to contact people to get me back, putting some sense into my family, in 2015 I saw this, the lyrics, her hair, it was like a gift or maybe the best coincidence, my trip was hell but all about hope and finding myself, I sang this to a musician who was impressed, and somehow that experience ended a decade of depression, I want to live, wanna be an artist, still a long way but at least now I know my path, my point would be to never give up! This version is perfect because you can hear the bass so clearly. Bassist is a monster 😍

It doesn't matter what kind of heart you have, Paramore is going to rip it off right off your chest, fill it with beautiful feelings, put it back so you can never be the same person again. This band is changing lifes for good.

9 years ago, when this song was uploaded, I had no idea I’d be where I am right now. For all the times I thought I had absolutely nothing, I actually had a small bit of hope to keep going. I’m proud of you, self, for making it this far. We have a whole journey ahead of us, and every day we become better equipped to handle what life throws at us.

It’s 2021, I’m 29 been listening to paramore since the very beginning when I was about 14, this song has gotten me through many many dark times even as an adult.

This song always gives me hope when I feel depressed. I’m so grateful for her

I remember listening to this song when I was doing chemo last year. I lost it when she sang “It’s not that I don’t feel the pain, it’s just I’m not afraid of hurting anymore.” I was ready to die at the time but glad I made it out.

I came back to watch this again. It felt appropriate given last night's news. My best friend and I have been the biggest Paramore fans for so many years. We got the tattoos, know every lyric and relate their songs to everything in our lives. She jokingly has always referred to me as "the Jeremy to her Hayley". If you didn't know, last night Jeremy left the band. That doesn't change anything for me. He's still my favorite musician and a big brother-like figure for me. I'm excited to see what he does next (I know he's super into making beats which I can get behind 100%). The same goes for Paramore, I'll be a fan as long as they're around. Actually, I'll be a fan forever. Eventually, Paramore will be over, but their songs will always live on and belong to the people they mean the most to. Thank you Jeremy, thank you Paramore.

The effortlessness of her vocal is just ridiculously wonderful. This has always been such an anthem song for me. I cannot, will not, ever, give up... no matter the dark times, I will continue to push forward. Such a great song. I have a hope.

Hayley Williams is a perfect vocalist. Paramore is fine the way it is. Things change, music evolves. Nothing wrong with new Paramore. It's dammed if you do and damned if you don't. Look at the comment section of Linkin Parks latest music, people are tired of the same rehashed material from 10 years ago. If Paramore didn't change you'd *still* be complaining!. P.S Natasha Bedingfield is the Queen of Pop music.

You are correct. This is for commercial consumption so there is nothing wrong with them polishing it. I'm sure Last Hope is their next single.

I finally got to see Paramore in Seattle. Finally. After nearly 20 years of listening to them, and 16 years since I tried to get my parents to let me see them when they came around before. They played this song, and before the show my friend met me at the venue and gave me a bracelet that says "Last Hope" on it. When it came on I nearly broke down crying. Last Hope has got me through some excruciatingly rough times. The high I rode on the couple of days following the concert was absolutely unmatched. In other news, the show inspired me; and I decided to pick up my first Guitar, it'll be here in a few days. Gonna teach myself to play. It's always been a dream to write music, much less play it or.. anything, really. Love y'all. The 8/9 Seattle performance was nothing short of magical and I hope Hayley recovers quickly.

I was at that show too! Did you get the little paper that said "Put me on the flashlight of your phone during the bridge of last hope"? Everyone had orange and red and yellow on their phones, it was magical.

Got "It's just a spark, but it's enough to keep me going" tattooed on my arm 2 days ago. Totally original tattoo, I know, but this song and that line perfectly describes what I went trough fighting for a will to live when being depressed and suicidal. It's a reminder to always keep looking for that spark, how tiny it might seem at times.

I really think this is one of my favorite performances EVER, from any artist. I thank God for putting it on my KZread recommendations about 6 years ago, I didn't know this song and now it's one of my favorites from them, but really, as a performance, ONE OF THE BEST PERFORMANCES EVERRRRR for me! Eveyrtime I come back, I kind of wanna cry, I think she's just magical and perfect. Perfect voice, perfect energy, 100% talent, and she looks soooo beautiful, it's insane.
