DOUBT:both is used for draining and diminishing so both should come before draining and corrsponding to company resources , employeee should be employees at 14:10

In question 1 of intermediate level. Isn't the second 'which' is a non Essential word. We can write it as 'which are popular and not popular'. Correct me if i am wrong

I think so too. It cannot be "draining" both company resources and "draining" diminishing productivity. Or else, in option B, it should have been "draining both company resources and employee productivity" (eliminating "diminishing" completely).

I guess D is not correct The sentence should be, "hamlet, the prince of Denmark,made up his mind to serve the people rather than to commit suicide". Here in this sentence an infinitive is being compared to a gerund.
