How do you refill the revivor once the machine is loaded with hot dogs and buns?

Once the first single layer of dogs is placed in (about 24 by looking at this video, 4 x 6) and the water is cold, about how long does it take to cook the 24 dogs, which I can then store in one side? And then, with water hot, about how long to cook the next 12 dogs placed in the empty side, and so on. thanks.

One massive design flaw for this unit. Why is there not a warmer for onions or other toppings? A hot dog is not a hot dog unless you have onions.

Cook the hotdog first on high steam then when they're done, add the buns and turn steam on super low
