Hi Andy, enjoyed your review. My wife and I are headed to Paradisus Cancun in less than 2 weeks, it's our 2nd trip to this resort. We first stayed there 7 years ago, it was our very first time to Mexico and it was just fantastic. We are staying in their Reserve section (Pyramid 5), which we did the last time - it was called Royal Service then. It appears the restaurants have all changed, so we'll see how we enjoy them this time. We've stayed in several resorts in Cancun, Cozumel and Puerto Vallarta, and I will say this one is still the best.

Glad to hear you enjoyed this resort so much! I believe they are continually changing the names of the restaurants to keep things fresh. It's a good idea. Enjoy your trip!!

Great video man. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S.

Great question. Elevators, yes. Ramps, yes. But the campus is large. Depending on your knee issues, you may want to plan your room location (which Pyramid you stay in) accordingly.

The food was good. For convenience for our group of 12, the buffet worked very well. Best restaurant (food, ambience) was by the pool - they change the name every once in a while but on the website it's called Agua Marina

If one of the staff invites you to join them for a "special" breakfast, politely decline - it's a timeshare pitch.

We've done Puerto Morales and Playa Del Carmen more. Not many in the Hotel Zone. I would say the Dreams Jade Resort was our favorite.

The extra charges happen at every all inclusive.
