How were the rooms and the cleanliness of the resort? I've been planning for a wedding here, read some reviews that the rooms feel old and are in need of reno. Is this true?

Amazing looking resort. Love the sunrise walk out with the beach and water right there. Great piecing together the drone footage, too. Well done, video! Looks like an amazing resort.

Paradisus or Grand fiesta americana?

We’re in Cancun right now!! And we are loving it 🙌🏼 Wow all your restaurants were closed between 12-1? We haven’t found that at the moment! The pool looks absolutely incredible and we LOVE the beaches. You went during turtle season!!! 😱 Your hotel looks absolutely incredible! We loved watching this - another great video guys!! Your welcome! Don’t think so, however, the buffet is open and it’s awesome for the first night! Easy to book once you make it in.

How was the beach? How was the food? How was the room? How much did it cost? You didn't give us much in the way of opinions. Are you glad you chose an all-inclusive? Did you ever go off property? One thing you mentioned that I appreciated was the cabana situation. How was the spa? What was your overall opinion of your stay? Did you feel it was worth the money? How did it compare to other Mexican resorts you've stayed at? Would you recommend it to friends? Did you feel safe in Cancun?

Hello! Thanks for your questions! -beach was nice 👍 beautiful sunsets 🌅 a little seaweed would wash up on a few of the days -food was accessible and higher quality than most All inclusive resorts. Some resorts only have buffets and others only have timed dinning this had both 👍. - the room was clean and simple. Balcony was spacious -the cost changes every week and it’s based on length of stay and what days you may stay. It fluctuates about $100USD every time we looked. -we choose all inclusive on this property because we went with our family and kids. Accessibility to food and activities were high on the list. We generally stay somewhere nice and eat wherever we want. However, the hotel zone in Cancun is not set up for ease of use to other restaurants and shopping. Once your on a resort, it’s hard to leave, for time reasons and practical reasons. -we left the property for scuba 🤿! cenotes, and xcaret! Which we have videos on those. -we used the gym and it was a great gym. We did not use the spa this time. -it was worth the money! The nicest thing was to have a 50+ item buffet available almost the entire time and drinks anytime. Yes I would recommend this place. - We have have been to Mexico 12 times. We would not stay in mainland Cancun unless your staying by the airport. The hotel zone is set up for safety. It’s about as safe as you can get. Security checks with cars, wristbands at entrances for guests. Normal caution ⚠️ should apply. Hope that helps!

Hello, i am looking into this hotel to stay soon and i loved your review. i do have one question though, were alcholic beverages included in the all inclusive? online it just says domestic and all imported drinks are included not sure what it means. Thank you!

Hey! Congratulations 🍾🎊🎈🎉! The prices change every day so use a site that shows you the price difference per day. If you reserve to pay at property and call them on why you are visiting they may upgrade you. People love to be at the center of a good story. Sorry we couldn’t be more help.

Do they have on staff entertainers/nightly shows and activities?

Yes to all except the nightly entertainment varies. We experienced mostly day entertainment. Signers dancers and such, they do have lots of activities though

A few weeks back, they were building a restaurant in the middle of the main space. The construction did not bother us.

Hello 👋, yes lots. Everyday they have a new list of free activities, like the wine and painting and many others. Of course, there are paid activities like scuba, parasailing, theme parks, beach club.

Yep Ally is a vegan and she was really happy. Just ask the chefs for anything and they will get it.

Do you know if they have rooms with kitchen ? I just need it so bad for my daughter who has severe allergies. I need to cook her food.

Lots of options with the resort. Seems like everything is a negotiation though, so you never know what the actual price is. If you want decent prices, probably go with trip advisor tours. There is an aqua world across the street that has lots of water based options. We did lots of things with the aqua world.

How does this compare to Fiesta Americana?

Hello! We have not been in the Fiesta Americana in Cancun. We did go to the exact same brand and franchise in Puerto Vallarta. It reminded us of more like a 3 star all inclusive. Now, I know there is a Fiesta Grand Americana and that would be their best option.

Is the resort good for a multigenerational group? The oldest will be 72 in a wheelchair. The youngest will be 8.

Yes it is. It's a huge resort with lots of different options. They are all set on the wheelchair access as well. If your going to do any tours, you may want to workout your own transportation that way you can control the schedule a bit more...

does this include 24 hour room service, if i wana order food to my room?

In the center they were building a new restaurant. Not very much noise, it seemed like they were only working on it a few hours each day. They were fast though, we were surprised by their progress when we left.

Will you recommend this resort, how's the location, we are a bit nervous since we read few reviews on Google about the construction noise, we're planning a trip to cancun next week, also how's the water temperature, can we swim in the ocean? any rain? Thank you so much for sharing your experience.

@@kti538 we do recommend it. Easy drive from airport. The construction was not disruptive to us at all. Water temp was great 👍. A little sewed comes in but they clean it up. Ocean access is very easy. You Definitely can swim in the ocean anytime. It rains one hour every day, it seems, but don’t trust the weather apps the were all wrong, every day… lol

How do you get transportation

Just grab a taxi for $40 each way or you can book with Happy Shuttle Cancun they worked out great for us and we’re more affordable. If you book with anyone outside a taxi. Make sure to tell them exactly what terminal and gate you are and they will tell you a parking spot to go stand by.
