The official video of “Young” by Parachute
“Young” one of the most personal songs we’ve ever recorded. Everyone has felt that vulnerable feeling of uncertainty and fear of the unknown - maybe that’s what becoming an adult is all about.. It has been a little while since we were able to put out an official music video and we couldn’t be happier that we choose our new single “Young” as the song to get us back in the swing of things.

A song for those who ache just to feel a moment in their childhood twice.
This song is just making me feel so emotional and nostalgic. As a guy who's in the beginning of his 20's - beginning of adulthood, when tough times comes in, it just makes you think how much you've come as a person. Sometimes we remember the good old times of our childhood and teenage days where everyday felt ecstatic. I guess it's true that you will appreciate more of those days when it's all done, when it's all passed. We can't do anything about it anyway and turn back. So we face reality and our responsibilities - reminding ourselves that we really had a good life in our youth and we must continue it in adulthood no matter how shitty this life could be 💕✨.

AJ Gildo Here is my perspective - not that you ask for it ;) There were some great days when I was growing up, but let’s be honest, growing up is no picnic. Teenage years are tough, twenties are tough and your thirties are killer. I didn’t really feel I started living until I turned 40 - and that was sixteen years ago 😳 The older you get, the less stuff bothers you and the less you care what other people think (it’s so liberating). That said, getting older takes preparation, so don’t eat junk, stay in shape, start yoga, maybe give up booze and learn something new... Remember, youth culture is mainly a marketing ploy to get you to buy crap - don’t fall for it... 😉

Parachute has always kinda been a guilty pleasure of mine. The write a lot of cheesy pop, which I normally don't like, but for some reason I like their stuff. So you can believe that I absolutely love when they write deeper songs like this!!
