I used to be in a long distance relationship for three years. I took up law, and on my fourth year i became so busy that i didnt notice there was already another girl giving him attention. I remember crying while reviewing for exams and skipping classes but I graduated fortunately.. and i am now reviewing for the bar. Our love didnt survive the ocean between us.. i just wish that ill become a lawyer.

Well here's a short story of my long distance relationship. He lives in Italy and I live in Turkey, we have more than 2 thousand miles between us. It's been 1 year and a half since we last saw each other. Our lives depend on internet and it's really hard sometimes. I tried to get a visa but I couldn't because money wasn't enough. Then he tried to come here but... BOOM: Coronavirus found Italy so the flights and everything cancelled. Then we waited till we could get a plane ticket for him but Turkey started to struggle with the virus as well. Everything felt like "no, it's not gonna happen no matter how hard you try" but yes, it's going to happen. Patience is the key if you're in a long distance relationship, you know. If you love someone, never let them go. Now my story has a happy ending, he's coming here tomorrow after a looooooong time, yes! We tried, we fell, we cried but now I just can't wait to hold him in my arms. That's why listening to this song makes me emo idk. Update: He came here a few months ago and we saw each other for the first time. We hugged and kissed and did everything for the first time. It was like a dream. I met his family and he met mine. We cried, we laughed and he had to return to Italy again. He promised he would come back, and he did. He is staying with me and my family right now. We became like a family and everyone in my family adores him, it feels amazing. We have a chance to sleep and wake up together, I cannot tell you how it makes me feel. He will have to return to Italy soon, but I know that we will be together again no matter when it is. I was patient all the time and I will be patient again. We will both graduate and I will save money to go to Italy. Even though I don't have enough money now, I will make it. I will never stop trying. Update2: HELLO EVERYONE! Our relationship has been almost 3 years now. He came here and went back but we never stopped loving each other and we never lost our patience. Well, hard times were there and we cried, we suffered so bad... Some people even tried to manipulate our relationship and break us apart but we still found each other in each other's arms:') We held on and finally... GOOD NEWS. WE GOT ENGAGED!!!! :') Times can be tough and people can be a pain in the .... you know. But if you love someone, if you really do, that's enough. Love is enough.

Hopefully 🙏🏽 y’all have yours love peacefully. When you see him again. it remind me of a gratefulness of the book written by William Shakespeare letter to Juliet . It’s about a very young woman 👩 and a man who meet for the first time from 2 different places . it’s been years since . I read it back . I read back in college and high school was at the school was the book, . I need read again he the guy went home say he’s good bye that’ll loved her so much one and told one day will meet and it been 30 years later no return. She this young girl and her go on adventures to fine her lover and once again. I would love to tell you the end but you gotta fine out in the end .

This is amazing! This brings back so many memories. In my early 20's (I'm 30 now), I had this flirtation going on with a guy in the States. We would send us messages on Livejournal all the time, we also sent us e-mails and we talked on the phone a lot. The only thing that kept us from meeting in person and becoming a couple was the fact that I live in Germany. The being on the phone part and having an ocean between each other reminded me of that time.
