I agree with you. In fact, "Kiss Me Slowly" got me into them as that was the first song I heard from them. Their album "The Way it Was" helped me reflect on my life - the transition from careless teen to mature adult. I cry often when listening to this album. Yes, they have changed their song, but the writing is concrete and powerful. They never fail to amaze me and I hope to go to their DC concert in May!

Man I’m so pissed at how Parachute is so underrated...like people stopped appreciating good music...

came out a day before my 24th birthday, this song hits hard. I remember being 19, packing my bags, kissing my family goodbye and leaving small town Athens Georgia for my little city by the bay, San Francisco. Time needs to slow down... Sometimes I wish I could do it all over again and be that young careless kiddo who was so bright eyed and naive and excited about city life. Always sneaking into bars like the mix when I was 20, late night drinking in Dolores Park, saying goodbye to old friends and hello to new ones as well as beautiful girls who broke my heart and taught me lessons about love and life. I've experienced so much in the past 5 years and can't wait to see what the next 5 down this crazy road called life looks like... I just wish time would slow down sometimes. Songs like this help a lot.
