I remember I felt a deep connection to this song. There is a sense of vulnerability and yearning to it, it conveyed the feelings that I felt the most as a kid who didn’t have a lot of friends, didn’t understand people and had family issues. I don’t feel the same I felt back there, I think I’m in a better place now. Now, I care for those who feel that way and this song carries that empathy.
