Our good Belarusian friend Papa Bo Selektah played the support show for our concert in Hamburg this summer. Like many other artists in Belarus, he suffered from repressions by the dictatorship and was arrested by the government.
With the help of our crowd funding action from last christmas, he was able to escape - thanks to everybody who was involved!
There are still a lot of artists and cultural figures imprisoned at this moment.
The Belarusian Council for Culture is helping arrested artists: byculture.org/en/donate

Free Belarus! Thank you for making it possible to see this artist. Lets have a moment in silence for those who died fighting the regimes of Lukaschenka and Putin no matter in Belarus, Russia or Ukraine. Thise people may were artists too but needed to fight violently against oppression. Let's be happy about our possibilities to rave in peace.

@@jekanyika Probably quite a bit lighter than the gear that Meute's percussionists carry on the same rig. But, yeah, probably a decent weight, especially if you're not used to carrying it around for an hour.
