We used this song when we were spreading my 20 year old sister's ashes. We had a mandala ceremony at sunrise on a hill overlooking every house she had lived in. This song is every quiet moment in my head and it is welcomed. I don't want silence, I want the feeling of hearing this as she was returned to the earth. Paolo, you have been such an integral part of my being, musically since you released your first single when I was a young teen. Tom Grennan is unreal, if you look at his songs just before he blew up. Shame that he sold out, because he was my favourite artist by a fair distance.

Scotland has never produced a finer artist than this man. He's the best we have and I couldn't be prouder to be a Scotsman when he sings. Genius.

They trump headphones, which are nothing else than tiny speakers, in every aspect, and they have gotten super cheap over the last decade.

@@dieterjones7402 You were doing so well until you assumed I used a pair of normal headphones. I used my in-ear monitor that I normally use for audio mixing. Pretty sure they trump any cheap speakers. So, unless you're talking about studio monitors, trust me, I'm good.

​@@amrazing33 You missed my point: Mixing headphones, like the most popular among Grammy winning producers and musicians, the Audio Technica M50-X, are available for just over 100$. You can buy studio speakers for about 2-3x that sum and you're set. Again, audio tech got extremely cheap over the last decade. Also, mixing with headphones is still a controversially discussed subject. But mixing with in-ear monitors is definetly not the best choice. Those were made for live performances and have disadvantages over closed- or open back headphones. But, to come back to my point: All headphones have many disadvantages over speakers. The most obvious one being low frequencies (meaning 100hz and under). Those are literally felt by your body, and a can in your ear drum can't reproduce that. That's why many producers and mixers who use headphones add e.g. a subpac to their setup to account for that. Still, speakers reign supreme. See, now you assumed people in KZread comments are dumber than they are, just like me before :) But to be fair, in most cases this assumption is correct.
