This is the third video I've seen today in which the creator said that viewers had criticized them for some ridiculous thing. I am appalled at the audacity of criticizing your freezer! Mine are chest freezers, so you can imagine what they look like despite the best attempts at organization and constant rearranging. Great video. Thanks for letting us have a peek into your life.

I 100% agree with all you said here. I have only a 7cft chest freezer and my side/side in the kitchen. I made everything well-organized right after I got the chest freezer - but as I continued to shop, and as Audrey said, it was mostly just stuffing/tucking things in wherever I could after a year into filling the freezer. I just pulled everything out of it, did a rough inventory and, re-organized it a few days ago. It feels so great to have it done, but oh my word, it took three hours.

I've been reading similar comments from the critics. I have a pretty big pantry and four chest freezers. The carnage is REAL. Like Audrey said, life happens. I so adore her channel!

People do just have too much time on their hands, don’t they, if they can actually spare it to specifically categorise food…I’m lucky if I can manage to keep the meat separate from the ice cream, half the time!

How boring of a life must you lead to criticize or be concerned with someone else's freezer organization? Great video!

Your critics should come and look at my sad, unorganized freezers and pantry. Yours look awesome.

I tried to clean out an area in my kitchen freezer. When I plan my meals, I got into my big freezers and pull the current weeks food for the menu into the kitchen freezer.

Why are you not better organized? Please.... You are beyond organized. I'm impressed and now when this is over i'm going to tackle a few cabinets in my kitchen.🤣

I used up some crumbled sausage with cabbage, green onion, and a shredded carrot to make some "egg rolls". I also had some rice paper and used those instead of wonton wrappers.

I was just thinking the other day that I need to give making eggrolls a try. They're so pricey at the stores now, and aren't all that tasty. After the no-spend-uary challenge, I'm definitely going to do that!

Seeing a new video from you feels like a reward after finishing cleaning the kitchen post-dinner, and finally sitting down for some 'me time' after all the to-do's today! It's so lovely being part of this particular YT community, it truly is an inspiration and encouragement. Thank you for the time and effort to post/share so regularly!

I made a sour dough starter and have made sourdough biscuits a couple times! I’m trying to find a recipe I love! I’m excited to make sour dough bread as well! I also want to make homemade naan bread with our curry this week. All your meals look amazing! I need to prep some breakfast for the kids tomorrow.

We grew less starchy potatoes last year like Pontiac red and Kennebec. Pressure canning them in chunks was nice and easy and I’m thrilled we’ve found a way to use them that everyone enjoys. They’re also good roasted and in casseroles. Haven’t tried mashing them yet.☀️

What worries me the most is losing all our meat in the freezer if something happens to our grid which is the current times we live in. And I feel like our meat is under attack. So I’ve been pressure canning meat and meat meals constantly. And it’s been nice for our older kids they can go pick something out for dinner and heat it up themselves if it’s one of those busy school nights. Can anyone recommend how to store cheese long term if that’s even possible? Waxing?

I don’t know what to tell you about storing cheese. We sure love cheese in our house! I feel the same way regarding relying too heavily on our freezers. I have canned more meat in the last 12 months than many other years combined. Feels good to have it done and it definitely makes for convenient meals. Thanks for sharing! ☀️

I think waxing would be your best bet. Alaska Prepper has a video on the process and then taste testing it some time later.
