Pantheon MMO Stream : Paladin & Warrior Reveal Announcement

A brand new stream announcement for Pantheon Rise of the Fallen where Nathan and friends will dive into the world to show the state of the game, the progress and the new Paladin and Warrior tank classes in a showcase of Pantheon Rise of the Fallen like you've never seen before! So prepare yourselves, because I've gotten permission to stream and show you the latest gameplay, the latest classes added to the game and the world of Terminus in a full, long group gameplay stream! We'll be running around the world, taking in all the sights and keep in mind that the footage approved here that you are seeing is now outdated : You'll get to see the work that has been done in the weeks since this footage was captured : This will not only give you a good sense of how much faster Pantheon Rise of the Fallen is being developed, but also, a personal dream of mine : To stream and show off the Paladin class for the first time.
Ever since Pantheon started development, I've been hungry to play and show off the Paladin, and on Thursday, December 7th at 5pm Central, 6pm Eastern, I'll be going live with permission from Visionary Realms to show off the Paladin class : We'll also have a Warrior in the group, so we can alternate to show off their different tanking styles : And even more importantly : We will be exploring the world as Pantheon was intended : In a full group looking for different camp spots as we show off the world, the mobs, the abilities, the gameplay and the features as they exist currently in Pantheon Rise of the Fallen! Don't miss this exciting event as Sparoh, Bounty, Mujinn, RandomRob (the mezzer of dragons), Dymlos and I show off Pantheon Rise of the Fallen in an NDA-free kind of way, free from the watchful eyes of the developers and off on our own adventures. Chat will be able to make requests and we will be able to do anything currently available in the game!
We'll be showing off the new Male model, the current state of animations after their animation update, the state of the world, the sound effects, music, and everything Pantheon Rise of the Fallen has available! With the alpha pledgers joining in on December 16th, this will give you a great idea of what you are coming into! And we will not be starting as Level 1s, we will be several levels deep so that we can explore more thoroughly the world. As usual, keep in mind that Pantheon is still in development, so expect to see things not in a final state, but in my opinion, the speed we are seeing patches and updates has been refreshing, and Visionary Realms has instilled confidence back into me over the past few months with their work and I think you will feel the same after seeing my stream.
And don't forget that Streamer week is incoming from Dec 24th through December 30th where the NDA will be completely dropped for that week and tons of us will be streaming and No-Lifeing Pantheon LIVE, including me, you can expect to see absolutely EVERYTHING as we do full streams all day and up into the night during that week : And my birthday lands on the 28th : So what a birthday that will be with full-on Pantheon coverage and streams!

Been looking forward to the Paladin for so long! Ill be glued to the screen tomorrow evening. Id like to see a little Paladin solo action vs Warrior. I played a pally in eq1 in the early days and stuck with it for many years. Paladins were the least wanted class in groups/raids for years in eq until POP and it was painful for my beloved pally, I don’t want that experience in pantheon.

The Warrior is outperforming the Paladin at holding threat currently FYI, but both still have many tweaks will be done, they were both introduced into PA within the last 30 days
It's been a real rollercoaster of a year for Pantheon. VR seems to have learned that their NDA was doing more harm than good at this point. They also seem to be giving Nathan the respect he has earned as the biggest Pantheon evangelist outside of VR. I'm still not ready to give my heart back to this game. All of the summer shenanigans left me much more guarded. Show me a ranger and all will be forgiven.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing! Game is looking better. Combat seems a bit stiff but I am sure it will get better with time. Spell effects are also kind of plain looking- but again sure this will change. World looks pretty awesome. Character models really reminds me of EQ Landmark.

I’m sad to say that I’ve given up on pantheon solely because of the cartoon graphics change. I’m disgusted by this betrayal by VR. I’ve already written off my VIP pledge as a loss and a lesson learned. Best regards to those of you who remain onboard, and you Nathan as you have always been a great content creator and friend. God is good.

Seeing new classes is exciting for sure but some hype for me will return when i see the summoner. Lets go. I am a paladin enjoyer but necro for like, but summoner in the mean time. Lol

Yeah, it's faster to develop for, they've already proven that, any graphic designer can tell you that this new art style will allow for faster implementation of new assets

I was in the first pre alpha test and the lack of progress that I saw from test session to test session was shocking. If they have gotten better, I wouldn't know, I've already given up on this game.

Warrior, Paladin, Direlord = All 3 Tanks Cleric, Shaman - 2/3 Healers Wizard, Rogue, Monk - 3/6 DPS (counting Necro) Enchanter - 1/2 CC (counting Bard)
As an alpha pledger, do I need to do anything to sign up for this up coming test or do I just wait for the email?

Yeah look for the email, I can only assume they are going to have a new patcher/client for this first alpha event on Dec 16th, so expect the email with the link to download within 5-7 days before Dec 16th, and check your junk folder!

It's still in the works, and we're still pretty low level, for now, with Embers being released and feature complete I still think the Knight tanking in Embers is superior, but Pantheon is on it's way to surpass it as of now imo

@TheNathanNAPALM my wife is playing an Embers knight based on your experience and loves it. She says it's the best tanking she's experienced so far in an mmo. As for PRotF, I'm in a "show me" mood and will believe it's for real when I see a functioning Necro class.

Last time I was using a 1 PC setup, it's the reason I invested into a 2 pc stream setup : And Pantheon also runs extremely better than last time

More revamps? VR has showcased both the warrior and the paladin multiple times. I MIGHT get excited again "WHEN" VR actually shows us something NEW. Maybe show us the summoner. To me this is just the same old B.S. that VR has always done. Reaffirming my mistrust and my disgust with VR. Same VR, same tactics. Here is the NEW- new- newer- newer yet warrior and paladin that we have showcased many times already. On a good note it isn't the monk for like the 30th time. I have given up on Visionary Realms, on Pantheon. This to me still appears to be a scam. Show me something NEW. Without going back in and revamping it repeatedly for the next five years or longer.
eh on to M&M, Pantheon looks awful, and only seems to get worse.

one class, one, zone, cartoon graphics, horrible animations to show for all this time. I enjoy your videos, but with this level of results after almost 11 years is unacceptable. 3 years ago there was different races and classes playing, now it well, looks like this. I hope it works, I really do, but I have given up hope on this title.

animation update, and they've released 2 classes in the last month, give it time on the graphics and animations, I know that sucks to hear after all this time, but they had to lay the groundwork and it had to be sustainable and work : looks like we are finally moving into the content age where Pantheon will be getting fleshed out and from our perspective as players, we will see the fruits of the years before labors

So accurate Mega. So accurate, which is sad. To see how far backwards the game has went is pretty depressing. I will try to watch the stream. But also will have my kids for Christmas. So may be a bit busy.
