Yeah, they walk up to you immediately yelling about the law and what is and isn't allowed, and as soon as the law on what is and isn't allowed is offered, they literally admit they have no interest in the law and don't want to hear it. They know what they're saying is bull. They're just hoping you eat it up.

“What are you up to” ? that is a good question isn’t it. I think it could be construed In many ways. For me it depends on the body language of the person saying it, also the inflection in the voice comes into it as well. It takes years and years to tell the difference.
