PANGGI PANGGI | GAWIN MO TO SA FLOUR AT MAY MASARAP NA ALMUSAL AT MERIENDA KANA - BANGBANG SUG
PANGGI PANGGI, KOLING-KOLING, LIGUT-LIGUT a fried dough and a kind of bangbang sug (Filipino-Tausug confectionery) that is easy to make with few ingredients, it is popularly served in many Tausug, Sama, Yakan kahawahan (cafes) and mostly served in pagparkala (occasions).
Many folks who ate it doesn't even realized the quantity they already ate because of its addictive taste specially when paired with kahawa sug (Sulu coffee).

Ingredients:
2 Cups or (1/4 Kg.) All-Purpose Flour
1 Cup or (16 Tbsp.) White Sugar
1 Cup of Water
1 Large Egg
1 Tbsp. Oil
Oil for Frying

Wa alaikum mussalam! Bale in 1/2 kilo tirigo in equivalent niya is 4 cups , doblehun mo saja in katan ingredients nasabbut ha video, bang uway measuring cup manjari suruun mo na saja siya per 1 cup in equivalent niya 16 tbsp. Magsukul!

Tolong jangan kedakut dengan resepi kuih panggi panggi.cobalah paparkan resepinya dengan bahasa malayu kerana banyak manafaatnya kalau kita konsi resepinya.
