This recipe is awesome!!! Just tried it yesterday for some guests and everyone loved it. I used high fat Greek yoghurt. I think that helped not spread it in to oil. It tasted just like in the hotel. Thank you for this delicious recipe

Put each type on each skewer... for example capsicum on one, onion on other etc this way your capsicum will not remain raw and your onion will not overcook.
