This is a fantastic recipe. I made it this diwali and all my family and guests loved it. The mixture of butter and cream gave it a great restaurant style taste. Thank you for sharing it Chef varun. P.S. I served it with lemon halves, mint and coriander chutney and onion slices. They really enhanced the flavour of the dish. I made it without garlic and added 1/2 tsp Kitchen King masala to marinade. I really loved the recipe. Good job, Keep it up Rajshri Food Team.

I tried this recipe when I had company. I also added broccoli florets. The only change I would make is to skewer like vegetables together so I can pull them out as and when they are done cooking. A very easy and tasty dish. Everyone enjoyed them. Thank you!

I must tell I tried this last week for camping and it was turned to be everyone’s favourite game changer is gram flour additionally I added veg BBQ garlic sauce , today I am preparing hence came back to video ( I m super good cook so have to follow simplest recipes also 2-3 time every time 😂) thought of thanking you 🙏

Low in calories and rich in flavor! Yum Yum Yum! I do all of the above (minus besan) but instead of cooking it in the oven, I use an electric rice cooker and slow cook the dish in low - medium heat. I also use tandoori masala sometimes instead of Garam masala :)

Why not? I cook a lot of this stuff and it's very hard to find the same quality when shop bought, so the best way to ensure you get good quality ingredients with the right taste is to make it yourself. Cooking shouldn't be a chore, it should be something you enjoy doing with the very nice result that you get to eat it!
