Welcome to Curry Kitchens,Today I am going to show to Cook Paneer Bhurji even you don't have paneer in your kitchen.
Ingredients
Milk
lemonjuice
cumin seed
Chopped garlic
Chopped Ginger
Chopped Onion
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped green Chilies
Cilantro ,salt,turmeric chili pdr and oil.
Start with heating the pan add oil,cumin,garlic then ginger then onion. after cooking for minute add tomatoes and spices. boil milk and put it in simmer and add lemon juice and stir slowly,once milk gets curdle strain it. and add to masala and mix well.Finish with green chili and cilantro and serve with bread.Paneer bhurji goes well with rice and Daal too. Enjoy.
