Honestly I don't think this is a surprise for a lot of people but the importance of covering it to the public can lead to an investigation and potentially something being done about it (pertaining the illegal underground criminals). Kinda like the whole thing with the me too movement although in some ways its been looked at as a joke that lead to the arrest and prosecution of some very big names that otherwise wouldn't have ever happened and yes I'm sure people have known about that kinda stuff for years but couldn't do much about it at the time.

Yeah, why audit someone who earns millions when you can audit someone who earns $50,000? No, the claim doesn’t make sense to me. The fact that the rich usually have expert help is probably why they don’t audit. All they have to do is look at the record of the preparer and if they’ve had any luck poking holes in their work.

@@ericw9702 counterpoint, that forces the IRS to focus on the poor and middle class, for whom the ability to endure such audits isn't as forgiving nor is the maximum amount of any tax fraud that can be uncovered likely to amount to much if any. I'd much rather my tax dollars get used efficiently than wasted, so if that means increasing the IRS's budget to a level where it can effectively bring in a lot more through valid enforcement than it's annual budget, I'm all for it

Gotta be honest, he doesn't seem the type to be dealing in global cabalism. I think he's just a dude that got rich and powerful and wants to play astronaut now. Not like Elon, he seems more concerned with actually making technical progress to help people. Bezos is it in for himself. I'm probably wrong. He just doesn't seem overly concerned with globalism to me.

We have 2 troubling issues here. First is that is the fact that there is a such a massive amount of taxation being avoided. The 2nd, is that these same entities are looting "our" tax revenues/assets/capital/governments. The whole reason is to make us all broke and in debt, so that all ownership of everything is by the top wealthiest ... when we and our governments are all broke and in debt, we have, then, to depend on those with all the wealth for everything from healthcare to infrastructure, and they become the new governing bodies ... we have been "invaded".

This is how they demand to track your funds, this is part of the carbon tax bs. Wise up.
