I have the snake heart clasp it is so difficult to close .iv changed it but its still the same not easy at all so I won't be able to wear it which is a shame . I noticed u didn't open one of your ones the same heart as mine so. Maybe they are a bit faulty ..

Sorry to hear you're having trouble. When it comes to closing the clasps, sometimes practice helps. If you're having trouble opening it, there are clasp openers available for $10 each. Hope this helps!
