PAN PIE with CHOCOLATE and COCONUT, without SCALE, how to make it high and soft !!
In this video I show you how to make a cake in a pan and how to make it come as high and soft as the one made in the oven.
Furthermore, it can also be made without a scale, measuring with a glass (mine is a 200 mL glass).
This is a variant of the simple one, in fact it is variegated with cocoa, glazed with milk chocolate and decorated with white chocolate and coconut.
It is so beautiful that no one will believe it was made in a pan !!
Ingrediants:
For the cake:
- 2 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 jar of yogurt (125 g)
- half a glass of seed oil
- 2 glasses of flour
- half a sachet of yeast
For the decoration:
- milk chocolate
- a drop of milk
- rapé coconut
- White chocolate
