Pan~fried shrimp cake
This shrimp cake, only costs $35. Steps are simple. Everyone can do it.😋😋

蝦米蝦餅
材料:
急凍蝦仁360克
蝦米3湯匙
芫荽1棵
處理:
1. 蝦仁,清水解凍。
2. 蝦仁,解凍後,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,廚紙索乾。
3. 蝦仁,用菜刀拍碎。
4. 芫荽頭,切碎,放蝦膠內。
5. 蝦膠調味:
a. 生粉2茶匙
b. 油1湯匙
c. 鮑魚汁1湯匙
撈勻,順一個方向攪至起膠。
6. 蝦米,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水。
7. 蝦米,中火,白鑊烘乾,1分鐘,聞到香味及乾身,就可以加入蝦膠內,攪勻。
烹調:
1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油2湯匙。
2. 用匙羹一件一件的放蝦膠落鑊,轉中慢火。
3. 蝦餅,一面煎至金黃色,反轉另一面繼續煎,輕手壓扁它。
4. 蝦餅,兩面都已煎至金黃色,轉大火每面煎1分鐘。
5. 蝦餅已煎好,擎乾油,夾上碟,油分用廚紙索乾。
6. 放芫荽在蝦餅上。
7. 完成,可享用。
Pan~fried shrimp cake
Ingredients:
Frozen shrimps 360g
Dried sea shrimps 3 tbsp
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Shrimps, defrost with tap water.
2. Shrimps, rinse thoroughly after defrost. Drain. Dry with kitchen towels.
3. Shrimps, beat well with chopper.
4. Coriander root, chop well. Put in the shrimp paste.
5. Season the shrimp paste:
a. Tapioca starch 2 tsp
b. Oil 1 tbsp
c. Abalone sauce 1 tbsp
Mix well. Stir in one direction until the shrimp paste is sticky.
6. Dried sea shrimps, rinse with tap water. Drain.
7. Dried sea shrimps, medium flame, fry with no oil in wok for a minute. Once you feel the scent and they are dry enough, put in the shrimp paste. Mix well.
Steps:
1. Heat up oil 2 tbsp at high flame in wok.
2. Scoop the shrimp paste with a spoon, put into wok. Turn to medium~low flame.
3. The shrimp cake, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip it over and continue frying. Press the shrimp cake lightly.
4. Shrimp cake, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, turn to high flame, each side is to be fried for a minute.
5. Shrimp cake has been fried well, drain the oil. Put on plate. Dry the oil with kitchen towels.
6. Put coriander cubes on top.
7. Complete. Serve.
