Pamukkale & Hierapolis, Turkey (Türkiye)
Pamukkale, meaning "cotton castle" in Turkish, is known for the mineral-rich thermal waters flowing down white travertine terraces.
The ancient city Hierapolis was a Greek, later Roman city, and added as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1988.
