I had the same buzzing problem even with using two separate batteries (3.7V 3600mAH) . My problem got solved by doing the opposite - shorting both the negative wires together ( and still using two batteries). Just curious as to what was my problem and why it solved like this.

2 reasons behind that is ,may be ground loop is still on dual battery and dual negetive ,which was obliged by using common ground , but at this point if u try to again make a common positive and start use single batt than again ground loop will start and buzz. Another point is may be ur chip is faulty in case of grounding ,chip works fine but has a issue of ground always ,for this u have to check separately both the chips and test if buzzing is there than one of them has only ground fault .

Sir..can I connect its (PAM8403) output to a headphones which have 3 terminal..or can I connect it to a power amplifier...Sir Kea mai is IC PAM8403 ka output ko koi 3 pin Headphone ke saath ya koi power amplifier ke input me instead karsakte hai

Bro pam8403 is an amplifier chip itself u no need to connect it with any amplifier ,even if u have a power amplifier than there is no need of pam8403 ,u can connect bluetooth chip out terminal in ur power amp directly by soldering aux cable in bt chip ,apart from that yes u can connect headphone with pam8403 output by soldering + & - of both the speakers of headphone in output of pam8403.ok 👍👍👍 ,please subscribe my channel bro.

Nahi bluetooth board connectivity ke liye hai bus ,amp board sound output ke liye hai ,jo bt board se sirf signal ke through hota hai usko sound mai convert aur amplify amp board karta hai ,isiliye dono jaruri hain,bt ke sath koi bhi amp board use kar sakte jo chaho to.

My questions are 1) do we have to use 12v battery pack? 2)do we have to give 5v each to both Bluetooth module and amplifier board? 3) Do we have to use only one 12v battery pack and it will work or 3.7 v battery to each boards??. Please reply

1st no answer - no ,it requires 5 volt maximum ,so if u use 12v or any volt more than 5 v than u have to use a dc-dc buck step down converter to power the boards 2.) u have to give maximum 5 volt to each boards separately ,if u want 0% extra noises ,other than music. 3.) Best is u should use 2 x 3.7 v li ion battery cells separately to give power to both the boards parallel . I hope my answers were satisfy u.👍👍👍👍

10 + 10 tak laga lo usse jyda lagaoge to output mai maja nahi ayega bilkul bhi,subse best output ke liye 3+ 3 ya 5+ 5 watts use karna bus .

Ayega sound clear par ,full sound karne par sound phatega ,isiliye 50 +50 watt ka amp use kar lo agar bohot accha sound chahiye to .

sir mai apke channel pe pehli baar aya hun,par aap mujhe bata sakte hai ki agar hum amp. board ki capacity waat me badha rahe hai to kya mobile ki battery suitable rahegi,agar suitable hai to backup kya rahega aur aagr nhi hai to kitne volte tak ki battery suitable hogi 10-10 W ke 2 Speakers ke liye?aur konsa amp. board best hai 10 w ke liye?

Agar ap 8403 amp board use karna chahate ho to wo max 5 min 3 volt power consume karta hai isse jyada denge ro board fry ho jayega ,to ap mobile ki battery ,ya li ion cell dono hi use kar sakte ho 3.7 v ka single cell ,ab baat backup ki karen to wo battery ke mah rating par depend karta hai to aap 3.7 v 1000 mah ki mobile ki do battery use kar lena parallel connection mai isse volt 3.7 rahega par mah capacity 2000 ho jayegi isse battery jahan 4 ghante ka backup deti hoti to 8 ghante ka ho jayega wo ,aur 10+10 watt ke liye ye board utna effective nahi hai jitna ap expect kar rahe ho .ye 5+5 watt tak output bohot acchi nikalta hai uske baad thoda bohot hi difference aata hai watt badhane par jyada nahi aata.ok 👍👍👍

@@NEVERSTOPINNOVATION thanks sir,kya aap ye bata sakte hai ki TPA3110 board ke liye agar hum 3.7 volt 2600 mah battery laagye to working kaisi hogi kyonki apne jo link diya usme 12 volt ki power supply dikha raha hai

Tpa3110 minimum 8 volt mangta hai aur usko proper chalane k liye apko usko 12 v dena padega tab wo best output dega .

Heavy amplifier board use karo 100 ya 60 watt ka aur amp se aadhe watt ke speakers lagao phir nahi hoga ,itne saste mai sub kuch thodi na mil jayega 🙄

Its a basic chip which can play 3+3 watt with good output but u can put 50 +50 watt too on this chip but the quality will be get down side as u increase volume it will start distorting ,so only apply max 10 +10 watt if u want sone good quality if u want excellent quality from this chip then put 3+3 watt high quality speakers only .
