Very nice! I would not seal this 18650 battery inside. I would use a 18650 battery holder and carve a opening to remove the battery when in need of replace. (for the case of failure or starting the boombox with a full cell)

Making a batteryholder on you speaker might be hard because of the space inside, the air pressure will be weak because of air leaks, s i suggeat start the setup firts before fully sealing it

Good job but the box for those speakers is poorly sized, it cannot move with vibrations. Those mini sub woofers require a heavier, more robust enclosure.

The voltage on the battery will decrease to 2 volts, if you don't use step up it will reduce the amplifier's performance

Yes.. this can be adjusted via headphones... You can use more than 1 battery ,, this module is recommended to use at least 2 batteries ,.. the more batteries the longer the use, with a note that this module only supports 3-5 volts, so you have to make a parallel connection if you want to use a lot of batteries .. You could wire them in parrallel to increase ur capacity but depending on how big the box youre using is, you may have trouble fitting it

You messed up at the end with the radiator driver by putting it on the wrong way. Then you made it worse by cutting the centre out and glued it the other way round. Instead of just turning the whole thing around. Bad build as my opinion. You should have made a partial between the speakers also as it will interfere with eachother. Dispite having a radiator driver. You would be missing a lot of clarity and separation. Mid high cancelling between each other. Or as some say muddy midrange. And distortion in the bass at high levels. Try using MDF wood. For better resonance

Are you using a battery, if so, check your battery, make sure it's above 2amp so that the volume can be maximized. or maybe this amplifier is not recommended for 2ohm speakers, I have never tried it on this amplifier
