Wonderful
As always - simply brilliant.
This brings back so many childhood memories, laughing with my father. She is pure genius and her creations are hilarious. Good old fashioned humour wrapped in a poem. Love you Pam. A family favourite. 🇦🇺 I don’t like the Ashes line though 😂
Pam is so brilliant.. Really love her work.. It's such a wonderful thing to make people smile. :o)
I loved her on radio 2 on Sundays, I miss her loads, top woman, and her Husband sounds like me.
Brilliant! Absolutely loved it. It's so nice to laugh again.
I love the way the audience joins in with the last line 😂 classic Pam xx
So refreshing to hear humour and witty wordplay without a barrage of.. ah.. "modern language" besmirching the process. Pam Ayers is truly a national treasure. I have been for a dental appointment today & recommended to the health care professionals Pam's poem "I wish I'd looked after me teeth". It certainly rings true!
Pam you are fantastic!
2020...with the Corona Virus making us depressed.....its so lovely to be cheered up by Pam Ayres, thankyou ! x
Pam makes it seem easy. It is really very very witty and brilliant. Thank you Pam.
I had a crush on Pam as a kid and she's still beautiful and funny

Underrated Genius ❤❤❤
The Godmother of hip-hop.
Always thought her diction was excellent, a brilliant speaking voice. Good old Pam. Not one f word and very entertaining without being boring.🇬🇧🤓
That was FABULOUS !!! Very funny and a nice way for me to start my weekend - always nice to laugh. Kudos Pam.
Absolutely perfect -- couldn't have said it better myself! 😂💚
Loved her show on Radio 4. 'Ayres On the Air.' She is a talent.
Very, very funny, and she brings joy to our lives, Of course i know some husbands who say the same things of their wives.

Now, this is the truth. It isn't gender what makes it so, though what does I do not know...
She is bloody brilliant
Very entertaining and very true of that she grew up.

Wonderful female Benny Hill and thoroughly entertaining.
🤗🤗 Brilliant she is..was and always will be
Pam Ayres never really got the exposure she deserved even though she's still a household name. So very underated in the truest sense of the word. A brilliantly comedic wit.
OMG! THANK YOU for the blast from the past, I'd forgotten all about Pam Ayers. Thank you for posting!

Such a kind lady. I asked permission to print one of her poems ( Tippy Tappy Feet) in a dog club magazine. She replied in person giving permission and no charge

She has become a fervent campaigner for animal rights. and for wild life. She has an enormous heart
This might be 13 years ago. But the problems named are still very accurate. Love this. Thanks.

What’s clever is that since this performance, she’s updated some verses with more recent events. I’ve heard another couple of new versions.
I have to come back to pure and simple pleasures like Pam Ayres- just to cope in todays agressive and wrongminded world.
Pam Ayres is brilliant
Over so many years Pam is a treasure and delight!
Absolutely brilliant and I have a friend like her 'busband'
"The Mafia Gaddafia and Yasir Arafat" Brilliant! She's a gem.
Excellent dissertation, delivered by a champion comedian
I've loved Pam Ayers since she recited " I should 'ave looked after my teeth" on " Opportunity Knocks" with Hughie Greene many years ago.
Sensational and I think she wrote this poem about my husband .
A national treasure
This woman she is something. Bloody awesome
Still hilarious after all these years.
