Pallbearer is back to the emotive doom that made them great. Nicely done gents. Reminds me of why I love Sorrow and Extinction so much.

I dont care what the naysayers feel, the sax is incredible. another amazing song from this record.

Have you heard Rivers of Nihil's use of sax in their stuff? I would have been the first to tell you that it wouldn't work, but it is very convincing.

This song took about two days to become my favorite metal track of all time

Easily one of the best songs they've crafted. This album is shaping up to be something special.

I'm starting to get Foundations of Burden vibes but with better production and I'm here for it.

Yeah, it's official, Pallbearer is currently my favorite band. They always delivers. I'm still listening to Forgotten days all the time (the other albums too, but not that often). Can't wait to sit with a glass of Whiskey on a cold June night and listen to the whole album. Cheers from Brazil.

They are not actually the first doom band to incorporate sax into their music. On their next tour, they will be supported by a band called REZN, which has a synth player who also plays the sax since their second record in 2018.

Messa is an Italian Doom band that also incorporates saxophone on some of their songs as well. They’re one of my favourites

This sounds like an improved 'back to basics' and gives off a vibe like foundation of burden. The vocals are also really strong. Much, much stronger piece than anything on the last record.
