PALAWAN to ILOILO BY BOAT - Surprised by a German in Paradise! (Cuyo Island)
WHAT AN EPIC JOURNEY TAKING THE BOAT FROM PALAWAN TO ILOILO, AND WHAT A WONDERFUL SURPRISE FROM A GERMAN MAN WHO I MET ALONG THE WAY!
This video is my two day adventure at sea. I ride the Montenegro from Puerto Princesa. With a six hour stop over in Cuyo Island, we check out the town myself and Kumar spent five days exploring back in 2018. It was a beautiful experience being back in this historic capital... the church, plaza, streets, and port area are absolutely beautiful! The sunset here is absolutely magical, and it just so happened our stop over gave me the chance to catch one.
I also got surprised by a German man, who had gone to a cashew farm and as given a lot of fruit. He gave me some, and I really enjoyed biting into one of these after so many years!
Maybe you have heard of Amanpulo? The famous private resort island? It is one of the more than 40 islands that make up the Cuyo Archipelago. The place you will see me stopping over.
From the middle of the sea... we make our way to Iloilo City, and arrive safe and sound.

Cuyo is UNRECOGNIZABLE!!!😮😮😮 Wow!!!! This was my childhood, Ive been travelling like this from Bacolod then Ilo-Palawan vv since I was 3 years old, the last time our family travelled like this was 2012! I totally agree its not the most comfortable travel but the Cuyo stop over always excites us because of the FRESHEST SEAFOOD ever! For dessert its bandi (sugar glazed cashew nuts) or Kalamay, and the island already got Signal 😮😮😮. Thanks for bringing me back to Cuyo. I miss Palawan, Ive been back there twice only since 2016 after living here in Davao del Norte compared to our yearly travel there before. Rock on!

Montenegro lines has existed 20yrs na yta.. i visited my aunt in Palawan..CUYO island is beautiful.. we go down the boat and eat at carinderia…or stay sa tabing dagat at bibili kami ng bagong huling isda tapos iihawin nmin sabay ligo ndin sa dagat..

You rode on the ferry with your scooter that was on freight 🛵⛴ And someone is sleeping on the ferry with a chicken on the floor 🐔 And you had your dried mango on the ferry 🥭⛴ And there are big trucks right near your scooter 🚚🚛 And in Iloilo that is were my great-grandma was born she died nearly couple years ago. And they are selling sea weed and sea grape on the market. And they had a salt from Rizal which is from Pangasinan that they export it 🧂 And they had a sea cucumber flesh that they sell. The skin of a sea cucumber are used to make sushi 🍱 And the guy gave you some Cashew some are red and some are yellow 🍐🍐🍐🔴🔴🔴🟡🟡🟡 And it has an astringent taste 🍐🍐🍐 You need to put salt on it 🍐🍐🍐🧂 And you had a strings of saliva on your mouth when I see people eat or drink with there strings of saliva in there mouth feels like I'm not gonna eat anymore because it reminded me of my brother drooled on my cake on my birthday 🤤➡🎂🍰
