Thank you for making this Dish. I tried it today and loved it. I added some grated paneer too as my mother likes it. It turned out pretty well. Also, thanks for telling this new word, blanching. Just a query, when we put palak in hot water, doesn't that hot water take away necessary nutrients? I agree blanching is to stop the enzyme activity to happen. If you can say something on it, it would be of added knowledge. Thanks again man!

Amazing recipe! Very straightforward and clear. I tried this today and it was AMAZING. Definitely agree that it tastes better when you don’t sauté the paneer. Also, I used ghee instead of butter and I liked it a lot. Thank you so much!
