Vivek express covers total journey of 4,530 kms. in its single way. So it's not an easy task for railways to run such a train.... You should also appreciate Indian Railway's staff. The woman co-passenger had brought some snacks rightly because she knew that in such a long journey it is not sure to get food and that too of your choice. Train also has its own pentry-coach which gives all meals in given time zone.

Just to clarify , in india there is 1 coach attached for general class to every train minus premium ones. This is for people who have unreserved tickets or people who cant afford the train ride . Tickets are never checked in this coach for the same reason , hence in india general class coach is always flowing - which is not the norm .

note : General claas matlab, economy class ya Non-AC Sleeper nahi hota. General class matlab Unreserved, jisme koi seat reservation nahi hota, koi kahi bhi chad jata. Jab ki Non-AC Sleeper reservation hone par hi chad sakte hai, same jis tarha AC coah hota hai, bus usme AC nahi hota, sab same hota hai baaki. Aur aisa bhi nahi hai ki General class me sab poor log jaate hai. Kyu ki General (Unreserved class) ka cost se thoda sa hi zada price Non-AC Reserved Sleeper class ka hota hai. Jab kisi ko thoda hi dur jana parta hai, usme koi fark nahi padta ki seat hai ya nahi, aur wo chota sa distance jaane ke liye, phele se koi reservation kar ke nahi rakhha hota, to usi me chale jaate. Ya fir aisa bhi ho jaata hai kabhi kabhi, ki aapko immediately kahi jaana ho, aur reservation na mill raha ho, because full ho gaya to, to jo bhi train us direction me jaata hai, uska General coach me chad jaate hai. Maine bhi bahut travel kiya hai general coach me, main reason ye hota tha ki every weekend kaam khatam hone ke baad ghar jaane ke liye, to usme fixed nahi hota tha ki kitne baje free hu ga, to phele se reservation nahi kara sakte, kyu ki time hi nahi pta. Isliye jab bhi free hone ke baad, koi sa bhi next train jo us direction me jaati hai, uska General coach me chad jao. aur agar khada bhi hona pada to bas 1-2hrs. Usme mujhe aisa koi problem nahi lagta. Ha agar bahut dur jaana hai, tab Reservation kara leni chahiye phele se. Aur immedeately nikalna ho phele se nahi pata ho, aur reservation available na ho, then aapko fir problem ho ga.

Indian train has made significant progress. I was impressed by the safety in railway. This young lady is travelling on her own. When I was at this blogger's age, I never thought of a woman travelling on her own for such long distance. India has made significant improvement for safety of its citizens.

I have visited Banglore twice & also Mysore ( city of Tipu Sultan ) twice. You please make a program to visit Agra ( capital of India during The Mughal rule, city of Taj Mahal & many other places) & Lucknow, a city on the bank of river Gomati, city of Nawabs. Unluckily these Nawabs of whole of India were party to the division of India alongwith Jinnah & The English. Afterwards these Nawabs felt cheated by Jinnah. Lacknow is known for chikan works on cloth. You can have beutiful shirts with full chicken works on the front of shirt. Similarly ladies can buy salwar kameez, chuni & lehnga etc with chikan works. These beautiful shirts & suits are sold in whole of India & also exported. Also one can enjoy veg & non veg dishes, sweats etc. Also nearby is Varanasi famous for Pan & sweats & Banarsi Saree. These Banarsi sarees are manufactured at homes on power looms, sold in whole of India & exported. The makers of sarees are millionaires. Ofcourse a Sanatan Dharma pilgrimage centre & also PM Modi's electoral constituency. Electricity power is supplied twenty four hours to all power looms @ Rs one hundred per month & as per dishonesty prevailing in Subcontinent, the consumers enjoy AC, fridge etc with same amount as all power looms are on the ground floor & residences are on first & second floor.
