Capital gain aapki share purchase and sale price ka difference hota hai. For example, aap ne 500 ka share kharida aur 600 main becha, to aapka capital gain 100 rupee hua. Share price per jo aap kamate hay usko capital gain kehte hai. Dividends company ki marzi ke uper hota hai aur iski koi legal requirement nahin hai. Woh profit dekhte hue apne hisab kitab se share kerti hai apne shareholders ke saath. Jin companion ka focus growth ke upar hota hai woh prefer kerti hai ke kam se kam, ya phir bilkul dividend na dain.

When a company is not pauing any dividends then why its share price increase. Whats the basis?

When a company doesn't pay dividends, it retains the cash which can be reinvested to increase their earning potential, which in turn leads to increased price action. It's a tradeoff between profitability and liquidity.
